Many students don’t think they’ll get financial aid, but there are many support options available. Even if you don’t think you’ll receive financial aid, we encourage you to explore these options and apply as early as possible.

Starting Your Financial Aid Application

We accept financial aid applications year round. However, to ensure funding, you need to finish your ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ financial aid application at least 60 days before . Applications completed less than 60 days before registration begins will be processed as time permits.

First, submit your FAFSA

The (FAFSA) opens October 1 and closes June 30 every year. You should submit your FAFSA as early as possible for the best chance at the most aid. Submitting your FAFSA is a requirement to receive either a or a .

You can and should submit your FAFSA even before applying to ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½. The FAFSA information will be sent to ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½, and we’ll hold onto it until you complete the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ financial aid application process. When we receive your FAFSA info, we send you a unique ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ PIN you’ll need for that process.

Next, complete the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ financial aid application process

You can use your ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ PIN to complete the financial aid application process. The good news is, submitting your FAFSA means you’re already done with step one.

Finally, receive your award offer once you’ve been accepted to ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½

Your financial aid award offer won’t be prepared until you’re accepted to ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½. Your offer may include FAFSA awards and awards from ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½, like scholarships.
